Griffin Conveyancing was established in 2004, as the only dedicated conveyancing service operating in Castlemaine and the surrounding area.

Based in the centre of Castlemaine, we handle over a thousand property transactions every year for clients both locally and throughout Victoria, and each property transaction we handle is unique.

We always act in the best interests of our clients and greatly value our relationships within them. We're proud that so many of our clients continue to return to us to handle their conveyancing.

Amber Roberts   - Owner and Manager

Amber Roberts joined Griffin Conveyancing in 2009, bringing with her the experience and expertise she gained working previously in both property and finance.

Amber obtained her Conveyancing Licence in 2011 and moved into a management role within the firm, becoming the main contact for our clients.

After 6 years as an employee Amber purchased the business and continues to manage the business and be the first point of call for clients.

Paul Stuchbree -  Senior Conveyancing Clerk

Paul joined Griffin Conveyancing in 2020, having over 30 years experience working for local law firms. Paul has many years experience in conveyancing and a lifetime of invaluable local knowledge.

Kylie Giddings -  Senior Conveyancing Clerk

Kylie joined Griffin Conveyancing in 2017 after spending many years managing her own businesses. Kylie excelled in the challenge of learning a new industry, now immersed in assisting with the day to day running of your conveyancing file.
