Griffin Conveyancing was established in 2004, as the only dedicated conveyancing service operating in Castlemaine and the surrounding area.
Based in the centre of Castlemaine, we handle over a thousand property transactions every year for clients both locally and throughout Victoria, and each property transaction we handle is unique.

Amber Roberts - Relationships and Special Projects Manager
Amber has been working in legal and conveyancing for over 20 years with almost 10 years spent managing her own successful conveyancing business. Amber now focuses on managing our procedures and processes in the ever-changing Conveyancing industry and building a leading conveyancing team at our Castlemaine office.
Lucy Witham - Lawyer
Lucy joined Griffin Conveyancing in 2025 entering her 5th year of working in Property and Conveyancing as well as Wills & Estate. Lucy completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at La Trobe University and was admitted as a Lawyer in August 2023.
Kylie Giddings - Senior Conveyancing Clerk
Kylie started at Griffin Conveyancing in 2017 after spending many years managing her own businesses. Kylie took naturally to the challenge of working in Conveyancing and communicating with clients. Kylie manages the daily ins and outs of your conveyancing matter with efficiency and approachability.
Leanne Laracy - Legal Executive
Leanne became part of the Griffin Conveyancing team in 2024, bringing with her over 30 years of Conveyancing experience. Leanne is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (Vic) and brings a high level of diligence and broad understanding of conveyancing practice.
Charlie Baker - Junior Conveyancing Clerk
Charlie joined Griffin Conveyancing in 2025 after completing a Diploma of Justice and looking to commence his career in the legal industry. Charlie has a strong aptitude for building relationships and delivering client satisfaction.
