Our team at Griffin Conveyancing consists of director Louise Griffin and her skilled associates, led by Amber Roberts as conveyancing manager.

Established in 2004, we began as the only dedicated conveyancing service operating in Castlemaine and the surrounding area. Initially working from a home office, we soon flourished, moving to larger premises in the centre of Castlemaine.


Louise Griffin's career in property commenced in 1988, working in real estate sales in inner city Melbourne. Moving to Castlemaine in 2002, she continued to work in property and quickly developed a love for the local area and became aware of a need for a specialist conveyancing service in central Victoria. This knowledge, along with her desire to start her own business and with her years of experience in property, led  to the creation of Griffin Conveyancing. She set out to provide a friendly, approachable, skilled and efficient service at a reasonable cost. Louise holds both a Conveyancer's and Estate Agent's Licence.

Amber Roberts joined Griffin Conveyancing in 2009, bringing with her the experience and expertise she gained working previously in both property and finance. Amber, also a Licenced Conveyancer, manages the remainder of the team of Louise Dzioba and Annette Moyce.


At Griffin Conveyancing we handle hundreds of property transactions every year for clients both locally and throughout Victoria, and each property transaction we handle is unique.

We aim to act in the best interests of our clients and greatly value our relationships within them. We're proud of the fact that so many of our clients continue to return to us to handle their conveyancing.
